Shipping Policy
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the pieces ordered as well as their destination. Orders are shipped on weekdays between 10 AM and 4 PM, except on Canadian Holidays.
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. this email will include a tracking number for your package and estimated delivery date.
Packaging
To reduce waste, old boxes that are still in good condition are used. New boxes are only used when old ones are unavailable. Packing peanuts are made of 100% starch and are compostable. Other packing materials may also be used such as recycled bubble wrap, cardboard, recycled foam board and craft paper.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Studio Laroche is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Studio Laroche is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
